Sr. Manager, Finance


Position Purpose
As Sr. Manager, Finance you will provide financial leadership and analytical insight to maximize the effectiveness of operational leaders and drive profitability. The Sr. Manager, Finance will partner with Services leaders including: field services, digital engagement, and quality teams to achieve key financial and operational objectives, support strategic and business planning and measure performance progress against stated objectives.  

Primary Responsibilities

Finance partner for field services, digital engagement, and quality leaders

Decision Support and Influence

  • Provide analysis, insights and guidance to allow business leaders to design and implement profitable business strategies, make smart technology capital investments, enhance cost efficiencies, and improve quality

Finance Leadership

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare, review and report monthly financial results to ensure accuracy and provide appropriate visibility to business leaders 
  • Month-end analysis of business performance including expense reporting and analysis

Project Work

  • Business case development for operational and capital projects
  • Support for partner negotiations
  • Metric “deep dive” analysis
  • Senior management project support

Financial Report and Analysis

  • Financial insight and reporting of business results for operational team – with a focus on KPIs and performance vs  plan and objectives
  • Provide direct management of 1-3 Senior Financial Analysts
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 5 – 8+ years experience in progressive financial experience; supply chain experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • MBA preferred
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; forecast model building and experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong executive presence
  • Experience with technical projects desired
  • Previous people leadership experience desired

  • Self-driven, persuasive, independent and analytical thinker, attention to detail & follow-up
  • Ability to partner effectively with business team, including strong (internal) customer service and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated time and project management skills; ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
  • Advanced Excel; Intermediate PowerPoint & Word skills 
  • Knowledge of accounting systems (Oracle) and Hyperion Essbase preferred
  • Ability to function effectively under pressure

Working Conditions (if applicable):

  • Normal physical exertion within an office environment
  • Travel 5%
