We’re hiring for an experienced Inbound Sales Professional to be a part of a successful team at our corporate headquarters facility in Minneapolis. The role of the Inbound Sales Professional works in a fun, team oriented environment (not your typical call center) receiving inbound calls and matching customers to products. Our proprietary Sleep Number products, exclusive distribution, best-in-class sales training and relationship-based sales process enable our experienced sales professionals to sustain a rewarding, long-term career.
Benefits:
- Hourly wage plus commission- anticipated earnings ranging from $65,000-$75,000k+

Responsibilities
We’re looking for a successful commission based sales professional that is confident in their ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, can connect with a wide array of customers, has a great phone presence and the ability to multi-task, and exercises strong time management skills. - Provide a world-class customer experience over the phone utilizing our proven sales process to discover each customer’s unique sleep needs.
- Build customer relationships by effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Demonstrate a tenacious drive and consistently exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of consumer sales experience with proven success in a commissioned based environment or pay-for-performance compensation plan
- Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends. A typical schedule consists of rotating evenings and one weekend day per week.
- Able to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and develop positive relationships with coworkers.
- Able to work in a typical office setting with moderate noise level due to multiple and constant telephone conversations.
- Intermediate computer skills required (data entry, email, customer relationship management software).
- Must be able to sit 8.0 hours or more per shift and utilize standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard and phone
- Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required. Additional education and training preferred.
