Overview

The Field Services Training Intern is an exciting opportunity to learn and work with our nation-wide team. As an intern, you won’t be running and getting coffee. You instead will be working on projects that range from development research, instructional design and leadership effectiveness. You will interact with all levels of the company including corporate executives and field leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for new hires, product education, safety, service and sleep
  • Determine current state of existing content and edit to meet our standards
  • Assist in training events (scheduling, materials, communication)
  • Interact with Field Services leadership and teams across the country

Qualifications

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityin marketing, English, graphics, web design, communications, philosophy, organizational development, education or related field.
  • Two years of completed coursework by May 2019

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Incredible sense of humor and willingness to try and fail
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work with multiple groups in a team environment, sound judgment and critical thinking as well as the ability to work well independently with less structured and more complex tasks is a musHighly motivated to succeed, fast learner, team player with positive attitude
  • High level integrity, professional attitude, reliable and dependable
  • Strong analytical, structured problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand the big picture as well as pay attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prefer knowledge in video editing,

Working Conditions (if applicable):

  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week (Full-Time). 
  • While the Field Services Team is flexible in accommodating interns’ class schedules, a weekly and daily fixed schedule is to be defined and adhered.  Deviations from the schedule are to be handled on an as-needed basis, and clearly communicated with, and approved by, the manager prior to each event.
