How has COVID-19 affected business operations?

Are you still hiring?
We are adjusting our hiring priorities, which means you’ll see fewer job openings on our careers site. The positions that are posted are critical to our current business operations. Search open jobs.
How are you conducting job interviews?
We’re now leveraging a virtual solution for all of our candidate interviews. If you apply for one of our open positions and progress to the interview stage, your recruiter will explain how our virtual interviewing process works and will be available to answer your questions.
How can I find out when you’re hiring again?
If you’d like to stay up to date on when new positions are added, sign up for Sleep Number’s job alerts.
Will Sleep Number continue participating in events (Job Fairs, Networking, etc.)?
Sleep Number will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and will make event decisions with guidance from the CDC and local recommendations.
A position I applied for was cancelled or put on hold. What happens when the position becomes available again?
If a position you applied for was put on hold and gets reposted, you will continue to be considered at the recruiting stage you were left at. If a position you applied for was cancelled and gets posted as a new position, you will have to reapply and go through our standard recruiting process.
